If you’ve just accepted an offer you will no longer be tracking as you did before accepting the offer as you no longer need qualifying miles.

The Wrapify Driver Reference Guide for troubleshooting, sent via email, is the fastest and easiest way to figure this out, but first, follow these instructions:
- Make sure your app is on, Bluetooth enabled, and you can see it running on-screen.
- Make sure that your phone IS NOT CONNECTED to your vehicle's Bluetooth.
- Make sure you are in the campaign zone.
- If, after doing both these things you do not see the solid green ring on the main dial, contact Wrapify Driver Support.
